{89/365} R is for rhododendron
This rhodo in our back yard finally decided to bloom this year. Not sure why the plants in my garden that have never bloomed before, have decided to bloom this year. Maybe it was our mild winter. I'm not complaining because the colours are great!
beautiful rodie.and a great shot did you know that is the washington state flower. that said mine have not even come close to flowering yet. they were severally damaged in the winter of 2008/2009 so I am hoping they start coming back.
