I wasn't sure what my "L" word was going to be today, until I walked out into my garden. I bought a dwarf lilac tree 2 years ago and it has never, ever bloomed. So today when I went outside to take some photos of my tulips I found a little surprise on my lilac bush.... lots and lots of small buds!!! I was so excited, I think I made a hurray sound!! Can't wait to see how they turn out.

oh lilacs are my favorite. and lucky you yours is starting to bloom ours are not even close. great shot by the way
