Seeing as today (Sunday) marked the end of the 2010 Winter Olympics and more importantly saw the Canadian Men's hockey team win 3-2 over the USA in a nailbiting game (what amazing competition!!), I thought it fitting to show my patriotism. Canadian athletes did extremely well in all sports and they all should be very proud for representing Canada so wonderfully!! The level of " Canadianism" in Vancouver (and across Canada) is amazing. Right after the hockey game I went out to get some groceries, and people were all over the streets waving flags, cheering and honking! Wow, I can only imagine how Canada Day will be celebrated this year! Way to go Canada!!
