The famous soccer smoothie, works wonders in our house! Before the kids' soccer games we fill them full of smoothie and it seems to give them a little jolt of energy. They now ask for the soccer smoothie before each game and it has turned into somewhat of a ritual.
1-2 bananas
1 cup of frozen blueberries
a bunch of plain yogurt
a swirl or two of honey
and a dash of cinnamon
and a straw to complete it!
Blend it all up and viola!!
Yummy and it helps score goals!!
