As mentioned I'm going to follow the river of stones blog and attempt to document a moment of awareness each day.
Today's entry would definitely be the amazing run I had this morning amoung the green canopy of a local trail. It was a wet morning and you could hear the steady drops of rain on the leaves high above and the cheery songs of the birds as they greeted the morning. The crunch of rocks underfoot gave me a steady beat to which I could pace myself to. Sigh.... what a great way to start the day! I'm so grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world and am so blessed to be able to enjoy the amazing nature surrounding us!
